After doing the VRIN
analysis, I think my best resource would be having the support of organizations
that have the same social cause. This would be extremely helpful for my business
but also to reach women who need help and are willing to work for me. It would
open the door for more connections and maybe even to create a non-profit organization
for other social causes.
hey Jazmin, I think in your situation and product, having support from other organizations with similar views is very important and will make you feel more comfortable going forward with your ideas. I think finding the right people to work with and work around will be vital for your company's success.
ReplyDeleteYou did an exceptional job evaluating your resources and what you'd need. Great job! I agree that the cause and your employment/distribution network is what will make you highly unique. You won't need a ton of inventory and financial capital to get this running in terms of product, but I think you will need a moderate amount of income for marketing to recruit the women and to create awareness of your cause.
